About us.

FORGED WAS BORN IN EARLY 2011 IN OUR GARAGE INSPIRED BY OUR LOVE OF FITNESS AND DRIVE TO HELP PEOPLE. SOON, WE MOVED FROM THE GARAGE TO A FACILITY AND HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK! FOR US FORGED IS ABOUT HARDWORK, COMMUNITY AND INCLUSIVITY!

STEPH- GYM MANAGER

    As a mum of two steph knows what is required to prioritise your own fitness so that you can be the best mum possible! As well as taking classes Steph manages behind the scenes stuff here at FORGED.

  • NUTRITION

    Steph’s passion is to help others learn the secrets of eating well, permanently.

  • TRAINING WITH INJURIES

    Steph has learnt how to innovate and adapt her training to overcome injuries. She learnt this through her experiences involved in the rehabilitation of bulging discs in her neck.

    Steph once played cricket representatively!

JOHN- FITNESS DIRECTOR

  • REMEDIAL MASSAGE CLINIC

    Johns role as Fitness Director works in conjunction with his Remedial Massage Clinic- Muscle Maestro.

    Both areas are aimed at making the body move better!

  • FITNESS

    John’s love of fitness began when he played semi-professional Rugby League. From 15 he was signed to the Cronulla Sharks and played all Junior grades through to Reserve Grade.

    Our FORGED motto is CHALLENGE BREEDS CHANGE. Johns passion is helping clients find their inner drive and the ability to train harder (and smarter) than ever before!
