OUR CLASS STRUCTURES OFFER A GUIDE TO THE STRUCTURE OF OUR TWEED GYM CLASSES. OUR CLASS DESCRIPTION SHOW THE GOAL OF THE CLASS AND THESE CLASSES HAVE EVER CHANGING CLASS STRUCTURES AND CONTENT TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR BODY GUESSING WE PLAN OUR CLASSES FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND 5 OR MORE TIMES EACH WEEK!

Forged Sweat

    High intensity sessions with constantly changing variables to push you to your limits!

  • Class Content

    Circuits, Amraps, Team Workouts, Partner Workouts are just some of what we use to get you sweating! We use Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls,  Rowing Machines, Air Bikes and Calisthenics and much more  to meet our class goals!

    The name says it all, these classes will make you sweat working on your aerobic and aerobic capacities.

Forged Strength

  • Class Structure

    A unique combination of resistance based exercises to focus on building strength and lean muscle mass.

  • Class Content

    A constantly varied combination of barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell Push, Pull, Squat, Deadlift and Carry exercises.

  • Class Goals

    In this class we focus on lifting heavier under the watchful eyes of our trainers to make sure you are moving safely and undertaking the exercises correctly to build your fitness foundation of strength!

Forged Strength and Sweat

  • Class Structure

    The perfect combination of Strength and Sweat! We start with a strength focus and finish with a big sweat session!

  • Class Content

    We use any and all of the components that our Strength and Sweat Sessions utilise!

  • Class Goals

    We will focus on a lift, generally a compound push, pull, squat or hinge movement targeted at strength and/or hypertrophy and finish the session with our high intensity aerobic and aerobic work.

Forged Boxercise

  • Class Structure

    We use all that our gym has to offer in our boxercise classes. You will be banging out some frustration whist getting a great sweat on!

  • Class Content

    We use focus mits and bags combines with any for all of our equipment in the gym. Sometimes our classes are all boxing based, sometimes not… thats the beauty of Forged you never know what you are in for!

  • Class Goals

    You will build you boxing skills whilst working on your overall fitness too.
